Tony Awards 2014 Inspired Wishlist

Just in case you couldn't tell from references to Matilda and Kinky Boots in past posts, I'm a Broadway girl. No literally, in 4 years I'll be graduating with a BFA in Musical Theatre. (From a school whose alum are nominated for a number of Tonys this year, thank you very much) Anywho, if you're reading this post, I applaud you. Theatre -especially that of the musical variety- is, unfortunately, a niche form of entertainment. So if you're reading this thinking I've got no idea what this crazy belting chick is talking about what the heck is a time step, feel free to leave now and continue your life as a deprived dum dum or you can continue reading and enjoy your education on the Tony Awards for 2014.

Current Skincare Routine 5/26/14

Ah skincare. A true double edged sword. On one hand you could have a product that you love and you swear by and you would marry if you could, but you could also pay thirty bucks for a face wash and not have it do diddly squat for your pretty face and be left with a gut full of regret. Fortunately for me, my feelings toward my skincare routine are much more akin to the former. Seriously my skin hasn't looked this nice in I don't know how long, so here's what I'm chalking my ever-improving complexion up to.

Essie's Splash of Grenadine is a color that's totally blown up lately. Why you ask? Essiebutton of course. If you don't know who that is, you best get on that. Homegirl is my biggest beauty blogger/vlogger enabler. Estee says something is fab? I need it. No question. It shall be mine. Anywho, she was super on point in her choice of polish with this one.

Ayy Girl Where You Been?

Hellooooo readers!! I've been gone quite a while in case you haven't noticed and I'd like to provide you some explanation. What it really comes down to is that I got bored. There are only so many posts on lipstick you can write (or read, for that matter) until they become monotonous.

Bonjour ducklings!! Have you guys ever seen the show Girl Code on MTV? Well for those of you who haven't, you should, cause it's ab workout levels of hilarious. (Psst there's entire episodes on youtube go friends go) For those of you who have seen Girl Code, however, you know how they have that one little snippet every episode called "#ICan't" where a member of the cast goes off on a mini rampage about something or someone that makes them just go, "ugh, I can't"?
